About Beacon Hill Pool

There's a lot to do for both the young and not so young in our heated 25 meter pool.

Be it for swim lessons, free swim, the inter-pool competitions or simply to get acquainted with friends and neighbors 'on deck' at social events, you'll find many reasons to make Beacon Hill Pool the focal point of your summer!

Located at 110 Harwood Gate in Beaconsfield, Beacon Hill Swimming Pool, is owned and run by the community. (Click here for google map).

In 1966, a group of Beacon Hill residents decided to build a community pool. After extensive negotiations with the city, the pool opened its gates on August 5, 1967 to 280 eager members.

Ever since, the pool has been run by an all-volunteer Board of Directors supported by the many members who donate their time and energy to make Beacon Hill Pool a great place to spend the summer.

An enthusiastic Staff

The pool is staffed by an enthusiastic group of young people, all trained to national standards in water safety, teaching and coaching water sports.

Job 1 is to ensure the safety of all patrons and to promote participation in the various activities throughout the summer.
